Urban Solution, a British high-end home developer, is showcasing the £75 million (RM371.48 million) Seren Park Greenwich project located in Southeast London in an exclusive Malaysian release. While the six-block residential project is scheduled for completion in August this year, only 25 units are available for sale after Londoners as well as foreigners snapped up more than 45% of the apartment and penthouse units, according to Urban Solution's co-founder and director Bhav Radia.
